This page describes how Gemmetric LLC handles information when you visit Gemmetric websites, submit forms, use the on-site chat widget, create a workspace, request a snapshot or audit, or use the Gemmetric application.

Last updated: 2026-06-20

Information we collect

  • Contact and company details you provide (for example: name, email, company, and optional use case) via our access, demo, snapshot, audit, and workspace signup flows.
  • Account and workspace information, including user profile details, tenant/workspace settings, team membership, roles, invitations, plan status, and related operational records.
  • Domain, website, and scan information you submit or authorize us to process, including URLs, crawl results, page content, metadata, structured data, public-source references, generated findings, scores, exports, and reports.
  • Messages you submit through the on-site chat widget or support channels, if you use them.
  • Basic usage data required to operate the site (for example: browser and device signals, pages viewed, and approximate timestamps).
  • Server logs and security data (for example: IP address, request metadata, and error logs) used to operate and protect the site.
  • Billing-related information needed to manage subscriptions and invoices. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Gemmetric.

How we use information

  • To respond to requests, provide access updates, and communicate about Gemmetric.
  • To create and operate workspaces, run authorized scans and audits, generate reports, provide Fix Packs, and deliver product functionality.
  • To respond to messages sent via the chat widget (if enabled).
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site and user experience.
  • To manage billing, plan limits, subscription status, support requests, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Cookies and analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate site usage in a privacy-friendly way. The application may also use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, session management, preferences, and billing flows. We may update this policy as our analytics and tracking practices evolve.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site and process requests, subject to appropriate safeguards.

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (for example: where the site is deployed and logs are stored).
  • Email delivery providers (to send form notifications and confirmations).
  • Payment processors and billing tools used to manage subscriptions, invoices, and plan changes.
  • If you use the chat widget, your message may be sent to an AI model provider to generate a response.
  • AI, analysis, search, retrieval, and data-processing providers used to generate product outputs, reports, and diagnostics from information you submit or authorize us to process.

AI processing and product outputs

Gemmetric uses automated analysis and AI-assisted workflows to evaluate websites, public sources, entity signals, AI visibility patterns, and implementation opportunities. Product outputs may include scores, findings, summaries, reports, recommendations, schema snippets, metadata suggestions, and other Fix Pack materials.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, regulated data, passwords, private keys, or other secrets through forms, scans, reports, or the chat widget unless a separate written agreement with Gemmetric specifically covers that use.

Data security

Gemmetric uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect site and workspace data. Full managed diagnostics are separated from lightweight public scans, and implementation-level recommendations are limited to domains a user owns or is authorized to manage.

No internet-facing service can guarantee absolute security. If you have a security, access, or data-handling question, contact us at support@gemmetric.ai.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Gemmetric, maintain workspaces and scan history, support billing and account administration, improve and secure the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type, plan, workspace status, and whether information appears in generated reports, exports, logs, backups, or audit records.

If a subscription ends, workspace access may become limited or read-only depending on the workspace state and plan. Exports may remain available where supported. You can contact us to request deletion or export assistance.

Your choices

If you want to update or delete information you submitted through this site, contact us via the access form and include the email you used, or email us at support@gemmetric.ai.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law.
