Terms of Service

These terms are provided by Gemmetric LLC and apply to Gemmetric websites, signup flows, snapshots, audits, workspaces, reports, the Gemmetric application, and related services unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, the activity under your account, and keeping your login credentials secure. If you create or administer a workspace for a company, agency, client, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing team access, invitations, plan choices, submitted domains, scan requests, reports, and exports within their workspace.

Domain authorization

Gemmetric can run lightweight public snapshots and audits from publicly available signals. Full managed diagnostics, implementation-level recommendations, Fix Packs, and workspace-level reporting require domains you own, control, manage, or are authorized to submit on behalf of a client.

You may not use Gemmetric to access systems, data, accounts, websites, reports, or client materials you are not authorized to access or manage.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
  • Do not submit false information or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not submit domains or information you do not own or have permission to share.
  • If you are an agency, you must have authorization to act on behalf of a client.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, passwords, private keys, or confidential materials unless a separate written agreement with Gemmetric specifically covers that use.
  • Do not use Gemmetric outputs to make unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or high-risk decisions.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Some Gemmetric features are free, limited, beta, invite-only, usage-based, or available only on paid plans. Plan names, limits, included features, scan allowances, monitoring, exports, seats, support levels, and pricing may vary by workspace, promotion, order form, or subscription terms.

Paid subscriptions are managed through Gemmetric or our billing provider. Unless an order form, checkout flow, or applicable law says otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. If you cancel, access generally continues through the end of the current billing period unless the subscription is already past due or otherwise restricted.

After a subscription ends, workspace access may become limited or read-only depending on the workspace state. Exports remain available where supported.

Ownership and license

You retain ownership of the domains, content, business information, and client materials you submit to Gemmetric. You grant Gemmetric permission to host, process, analyze, display, transmit, and create outputs from that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Gemmetric owns its software, workflows, interface, scoring methods, models, templates, documentation, and underlying service technology. Subject to your plan and these terms, you may use reports, exports, schema snippets, metadata suggestions, and other Fix Pack materials for the authorized domains or clients they were generated for.

AI and analysis outputs

Gemmetric uses automated analysis and AI-assisted workflows to evaluate websites, public sources, entity signals, AI visibility patterns, and implementation opportunities. Outputs may include scores, findings, summaries, reports, recommendations, schema snippets, metadata suggestions, and other Fix Pack materials.

AI systems, search systems, third-party sources, and public data can change frequently. Gemmetric outputs are informational and decision-support materials. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, deploying, sharing, or relying on them.

Third-party services

Operating the site may involve third-party service providers (for example, hosting and email delivery). If you use the chat widget, messages may be processed by an AI model provider to generate a response. Product workflows may also involve AI, analysis, search, retrieval, payment, infrastructure, and data-processing providers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

Gemmetric is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be complete, current, or free of inaccuracies. We do not guarantee specific AI visibility outcomes, rankings, citations, recommendations, revenue, traffic, conversions, placements, or search results from using Gemmetric.

If you use the on-site chat widget, responses are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information via chat.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gemmetric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from or related to your use of Gemmetric.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account, workspace, domain submission, payment status, or use of Gemmetric violates these terms, creates risk, infringes rights, threatens service integrity, or could harm Gemmetric, users, clients, service providers, or the public.

Governing law

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Gemmetric LLC is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
